Well written book, provides introductory material as well as follow-on subjects. Used for a summer term, fast paced, but usable.

This book was required for our cardiopulmonary course of our DPT program. It is very comprehensive and a helpful resource when details from lecture are unclear. It covers everything you could ask for. It is quite wordy, but you will be able to find the details you seek.
