This supplement was brought to my attention by my natural-leaning MD years ago during a prolonged period of stress. It was very effective in helping me regain my emotional footing so I could deal with the situation at hand. This isn't a drug, and it is not sedative; in fact I presumed (wrongly) that it had stimulants because it lifted my mood so completely. I have reached for it from time to time over the years when under stress, and am always amazed at how quickly it brings me back into balance and clear-headedness. I rarely need to take it more than a few days. However it does it, I'm grateful. Life's too short to be going in circles.
