I have been using this for some time now. It has been working great. Its nice and small and it lasts for a long time. i usually charge it every other day. I use this with my HTC Kaiser Windows Mobile phone without any problems. The pairing process was nice and smooth. The volume changing is a little annoying as its only one button that goes from the highest to the lowest but other than that its perfect. The voice quality is excellent.

I've tried a number of various brands Bluetooth; each has some kind of problem, the fit, the weight, sound quality or battery life. This one, in comparison, is the best.
First, the earpiece fits well and very light, the sound quality is good on both sides of the conversation, and battery life is not bad at all. Unlike the common one-piece head sets, which require one to hang the entire device from their ear, this ear bud is much lighter, because the clip-on piece has the microphone, the rechargeable battery, and everything else that make it work. In addition, you don't have to leave it in your ear all the time, the clip piece has a built in ringer, so you can wear the ear bud only when you answer a call.
Two minor cons: the power button on the ear bud needs some use-to, and the charger is not the universal mini USB, it has an unusual extra small rounded plug, which means you have to bring it with you if you want to use the headset, plus a car charger in addition to your phone's chargers. One star off for these cons.
Over all, this is a good product and better than any one-piece Bluetooth I've ever tried.

It is my first bluetooth headset and I am very happy with it. Setting up was very easy and smooth.
I also paired it with skype running on my bluetooth enabled laptop and worked great.
Now I can receive skype calls anywhere in my home. I bought it to use it with my MOTO RAZR but since most of the calls I make/receive through skype, I thought of giving it a try and it worked like a cakewalk :).
No connection loss issue till now.

I have owner many Blurtooth headsets & this one far & away was the best! It wasn't clunky & always pretentiously extruding from ear. It had great volume & there was never a complaint about hearing me. People could hear me better on this one than some of the expensive, noise-canceling ones I have owned since. Additionally, the battery lasted forever, up until it's final dimise that is when it finally would no longer take a charge. I wish someone would update this product, but keep the same design.

Here's the thing - this is the only one that doesn't make it look like you've been assimilated by the Borg. And, as a plus, people can tell when you are on the phone vs. when you are just talking to yourself...

I like this device. It is a good way to talk remotely without looking like a Star Trek character. Sound is good, and audio is clear.

Since my husband's secretary and her husband already were using this product it came highly recommended. I therefore purchased it as a holiday gift for my husband. He was using another ear piece but it became too troublesome by falling out and bad audio. This earpiece is very comfortable and upon using this style he not only prefers it but will not do without it. He no longer has to fumble to find his phone and the audio cannot be beat. Yes, I would recommend this product.

This clip on bluetooth headset is a great alternative to the "bug in the ear" type that are everywhere. This unit is much louder - better sounding & I have had NO complaints regarding voice quality or volume from anyone that I'm talking with. Top quality - something different - something better.

Like others have said the volume control is a little annoying, but I knew that going in. The audio level is great. I had a liitle trouble syncing the first time but the technical support over the phone was great. Step me right through everyting. I was not holding down the button long enough.

Great headset of its type. there is no problem with the sound and the mic works great. it is the best in its type. the only issue is the volume button which increases by step by step but it is not a huge problem.
