This review is from: Cardology: The True Meaning of the Cards (Paperback)
This book describes the deck of 52 cards and some Spreads. I was especially intrigued by the One-Year Wave-Line spread on pages 113-130. It uses 13 cards that travel below, above, and back to a center line; also specifies thirteen time-periods of 28 days.
The author gives 4 categories (levels?) of meaning for each card: Numerical, Practical, Psychological & Influence. Hearts are Emotional/spring-water. Clubs are Finances/summer-air. Diamonds are Practical/autumn-earth. Spades are Problems/winter-fire. I like the author's recommendation (p. 1) to use his Keystone Words with a synonym dictionary and apply them to the 4 categories. |
