I was shocked to get a call back with the part I needed located. My driver side window motor went dead ... in the DOWN position ! The dealership wanted $439. for the motor ONLY. On line it ranged from $45 to $89. The snowed in company would take more that a week- so he found the part I needed and emailed the references to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He took time for a stranger - Unheard of today ! Nanci
