Ok, look, ninety percent of this is just a care bear shaped teddy bear, and there's not a lot that can be wrong with that. Is it cuddly? Yes. Is it Care bear shaped? Yes. So far so good. But it's the glow bit that bothers me. In the commercials the entire bear glows with a rosy pink light. In reality only the stomach and the centre of the face glow. And they glow green. And only then if you've held them in front of a bright light for a good length of time. Don't believe the hype about "30 seconds in front of a light mkes 'em glow all night." It doesn't. That's why the 3 grade.
