This book presents a pragmatic approach to finding employment for people with disabilities. The author details career counseling approaches and explains job placement strategies for individuals with disabilities. The emphasis throughout the book is on helping people with disabilities who must rely on counselor placement in order to secure and/or maintain work. Although the primary audience for this book is rehabilitation counselors, school counselors and career counselors will also benefit from its content.
