NEIL M. YEAGER, EdD, is a Career and Organizational Development Specialist at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a senior adjunct faculty member in the Masters in Management Program at Cambridge College, and an independent organization development consultant. For the past nine years, he has directed the award-winning Adult Career Transitions program at the University of Massachusetts.
