I could not put this book down. The author writes in common everyday language, yet speaks to the reader's own instincts for each of the 50 typical business issues he addresses. For example, he will describe a situation, then give further information based on how you the reader is experiencing it, and based on the reader reaction, provides practical ways to positively manage the situation. He covers real situations from getting a new boss, to having your company sold, finding yourself being downgraded in position to being out of the communication loop, etc. A must have for any business person! Plus its easy to read, no fancy psychobabble, just practical down to earth diagnosis and advice.
