Case does an excellent job of educating registered nurses in the United States of the vast opportunities that are awaiting them in the upcoming decades if they have the desire and dedication to pursue them. She gives insightful tactics that are geared for preparing nurses at every educational level the ingenuity to achieve professional goals.

Case has a real pulse on the limitless potential of nursing in the decades to come. She provides concise self-assessment tools throughout the text which allow the reader to visualize a path to a successful career change throughout the reading. She speaks in a language that is well thought, organized and easy to put into practice.

I would definately recommend this book for all nurses who desire to jump on the fast-track educationally and professionally.
