Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
I have a copy that is missing the dust cover so its really dull looking. Its outdated as far as what's going on in todays economy, so some references are really ridiculous, like predicting that in 2010 there will be more jobs than people to fill them. I am not sure why this book was chosen for my talent development class.

William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., SPHR (1951-present) was born in Springfield, IL. His website is www.rothwell-associates.com, and you can see his videos on YouTube by searching on YouTube for WilliamJRothwell. He is currently a professor at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus and is also President of Rothwell & Associates, Inc, a consulting firm. He is a frequent conference keynote speaker and seminar presenter. His wife is Marcelina V. Rothwell, President of Greenhills Village Retirement and Assisted Living Residence in State College, PA (see http://www.greenhillsvillage.com/). His daughter is Candice S.
