Career Strategies is an assembly of alot of wisdom on the subject of what makes people happy in their jobs. It helped me to set my goals by giving concrete questions to ask myself.

It's a bit dry and took a while for me to get interested, but once i tuned in to what it was saying, i thought it was a really good treatment of the subject, and i would like to buy a copy.
