Are you kidding me? this is WAYYY better than the original GM version! This song sounds like it was meant to be played this way all along. Love it!

When I first heard this song, I loved it. I agree with one of the reviewers that it's better than when Wham! had it out in the 80s. Liked the song then, but this updated version is just what these ears wanna hear. It's the perfect match between hard rockin guitars and a love/broken heart song.

Sometimes covers have something to offer, but this is the rare event where it's better than the original! Awesome. Why does everyone in a band have to be weird looking, though (just a social comment - nothing to do with the music).

I'm newly getting into Seether and just heard this song and LOVE IT!! They have done an awesome job of re-creating a classic!

Careless Whisper has been covered so many times by Tamia (She covered it Twice), Gloria Gaynor, Sarah Washington, The Gossip, Nancy Wilson, Barenaked ladies, brian McKnight accompanied by Kenny G, Barry Manilow, and Montell Jordan accompanied by Dave Koz, just to name a few. Even Usher Expressed Interest in covering it. The Song is over-covered. I'm surprised I haven't already heard it sampled on a rap track

While the guitar replacing the Saxophone is excellent and the vocals are on point, After hearing it covered so many times, It just doesn't add much to the song. My Favorite cover version has to be The alternate version Tamia did for A Night At The Roxbury Soundtrack.
Like I said, it's not bad, it just doesn't add much.

There is no question about the sover songs I've heard from artists lately. From most of the wannabe acts from American Idol, to what is happening in music right now, there just really isn't anythiing that seems to take a stride. That sadly is the case even with Seether. Their cover of the classic Wham! smash that George Michael penned nearly 25 years ago, Careless Whisper, was a great ballad when it was released By George and Andrew in the 80's, but here sounds like it is nothing but Creed-fused trash. The song here really feels like it is a absolutely flawed joke. I didn't really seem to feel the intimacy that was brought into the song years ago. If Seether tries to do another cover, it needs to be something well over the top, not a trainwreck that was struck at the Earth.

Seether sounds great covering this song! It doesn't even sound like the same song with their band. Shaun Morgan's voice is just absolutely amazing. I've seen them in concert and he sounds great in person too. I am a Seether fan anyways, but they've outdone them selves this time. You can listen to this on youtube before purchasing it here. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

I know it is manufactured pop, but I like it. I think it is very good. However, taste is subjective. It doesn't really matter what I or anyone else thinks. Listen to it and decide for yourself.

This generic alt-rock band totally butchered an 80's classic. The cover adds nothing new and lacks the charm of the original.

Seether! Please...what made you think you could even do this song any justice? I hope George Michael finds you and gives you all a proper smack in the face!
