Beware of zaps
I bought this as a present for my mom who wasn't aware of the electric charge. Beware! She likes this, especially the fact that it is not a hand held device. The hardness of the massager and the heat really helped her through an injury she was recovering from.

Horrible
The worst thing I ever bought off of amazon. They also charge you 12 dollars for return. It did not work unless put up the intensity, which then gives you an electric charge that was unknown to me when I bought it. There are so much better back massagers on here. Dont buy this one!
