I wanted a product that would be easy to use and would fit the toilet properly. I also wanted something that I felt would hold up without falling apart with continued use.
The Carex Sitz Bath filled the bill superbly.. It is easy to use and when sitting on it you feel support and comfort. The cost was nominal and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Item arrived OK. The bag in which the solution goes is a very flimsy material. On its very first use the neck of the bag separated from the bag. I can still put water in it but given the weight of the bag when full, I would have thought that the manufacturer would have use a heavier weight plastic. However, since it was only about 12 dollars I guess you get what you pay for. I can only give this a two rating.

This is your standard sitz bath. It only fits one toilet in my house - however I live in the UK and have strange sized toilets. It is very much like the type of sitz bath the hospital provides when you have a baby and need to soak.

I was skeptical because of the price (low compared to other ones) and the few reviews it had. I'm glad I was cheap that day and decided to purchase it. Very sturdy, easy to use. Highly recommend it for post-pregnancy.

Did exactly what it was suppose to do. Quality made product, and a reasonable price. You cant go wrong with Carex products.

This is a great tool for those of us who have a history of hemorrhoids or skin that is very sensitive to body acids. I even pack it and take it with me on trips, it takes a bit of creative packing but it actually is quite easy to work in and worth the effort. It is light weight but sturdy and has made many a mile with me. I have not used the bag attachment but someday that too might be handy.

The price is right, and the product is great. My Mom is a senior with COPD and other serious health issues, and this has been a life saver for her. She can soak as long as she wants to help her feel "refreshed." We use a small tub, filled with fragrant bubble bath, to soak her feet, and this methods lets her maintain her dignity, when she can't make it upstairs to take a full tub bath. When this one cracks or begins to wear out, I will certainly buy another.

This Sitz is a good deal. Great price and does the job. The front is starting to crack a bit, but I don't intend to use it forever! Temporary relief at this price is AWESOME. Would buy again.

I bought this because I have a leg in a cast and couldn't take a bath or shower easily, yet wanted to stay fresh. I was very pleased with the Carex Sitz bath for this purpose.

To use it, you lift up the toilet seat and place it on the porcelain bowl. The lip on the Sitz fits pretty snuggly on there.
(I have a round toilet bowl..so I'm not sure how it would fit on an elongated bowl, as my Sitz is totally round.)

Before I sit on it, I fill the Sitz with warm water from a gallon plastic water bottle and pour it in the Sitz bowl while it's sitting on the toilet, so there's no spilling from trying to carry it full. ( I didn't like using the bag it came with. Too fiddly and it squirted around too much, for my tastes, but of course most people could fill it that way too, as it was intended), then I sit on it and soak.
Any overflow water goes down the holes at the back of the Sitz and right into the toilet bowl, so there's no puddles on the floor to worry about. It's pretty neat how that works. I use a couple of baby wipes/flushible wipes, then I just get up and dry off.

This Sitz bath has been a lifesaver to stay fresh and clean while recuperating. It's pretty well made too... and for the price, it's amazing. (Some Amazon sellers, like the Direct Care Store has free shipping on it too!)

Dad was suffering - I bumped in to this product and did it turn out to be a blessing. He not only used it with ease but also carried with him to India and now uses it every single day. Good way to warm up your anal muscles and ease them when passing the crap out of your body.
Everyone who is suffering with hammeroids/piles/constipation etc should use this atleast twice/thrice a day for 5-10 min prior and soon you will see the difference yourself.
