The shirt fits true to size every where, but is much longer than a standard shirt. In the picture, it appears to fall 2 inches below the waist which is normal. However this shirt is about 2 inches longer than it appears. I am wondering if it was mismarked and should be from the big and tall line? So if you are purchasing for a smaller stature, you may want to look for a differerent shirt, or plan on tucking the shirt in. But the quality is very nice and washes well.

Have bought this shirt in many colors and price is great. In stores they want so much more and finding this shirt and a resonable price was surely a taker in my book.

These Henley Tees are at least one size too big. I wear XXL in virtually every other shirt on the planet, but even after a wash, the XXL was big enough for Shaquille O'Neal and then some. I read another review like that, and one that says they're too long, like they're built for a tall guy as well. It's too bad, because they seemed like a decent quality shirt, but I had to send them both back. I'm prone to try one size down, but I often wear shirts not tucked in. Even the picutre looks a little funny, a bit too long as well. Come on Carhartt, fix your sizes. Or Amazon, at least warn us about the sizing, so we can take a better shot at it.

The transaction was great, the sizes run a little large, which I don't get. I ordered a large for my husband, which is what he weres all his other Carhartt workshirts in, but this on fit like an XL. But it gets the job done.

Based on another customer's review I purchased a small size, where as I normally take a medium. This still fitted me like a large or extra large.I will wear it as an outer light weight jacket with the sleeves rolled up.I wouldn't purchase it again.

Bought my first shirt from JC Penneys. I went back to buy another and they were out of stock. I bought two shirts from this seller and they are what I wanted. Cheaper from this seller then JC Penney's. Average shipping time.

You can't go wrong with Carhartt. Sizing is consistent, and the fabric is sturdy and washes well.

Good fit, good price, good look though not heavyweight material. Haven't washed it yet, hope it does well.

Decent shirt, but this runs veeery large! I typically wear a medium (38 chest/32 waist), but this shirt in MED is actually a Large, and didn't look like even after a washing would it shrink enough to become an actual MED!

Thanks to the many other reviewers I ordered 1 SIZE SMALLER and it fits well. Well made of THICK 100% cotton.

The material feels SCRATCHY until it's been washed many times even then it's a bit rough. If this is an outer shirt, no problem.
