I am 6' 0" 230 lbs and this jacket fits me perfectly in xl regular fit. I almost bought the xxl because that is usually my size for jackets but their sizes run a little bigger. also, I bought a Carhartt pocket t shirt in xl it fits perfectly. Hope this helps someone.

My husband is a carpenter and he loves this jacket. Its hard to find a jacket that isnt just a hoodie that he can work in thats comfortable. So its perfect for winter.

I have an older Duck jacket with thick lining that's almost too warm unless it's well below freezing. This one has a thin liner so not as warm on it's own. Don't get me wrong I love this jacket and use it all the time, in fact, it's more versatile than the heavier one. Just need to layer under it more when it's colder out. Does pretty well against the wind too.

I got this for my dad for Christmas. He is in construction (for 25+ years), and usually freezes his butt of in the winter. He said this is the best jacket that he has ever had: it has great maneuverability to work in, and it keeps him very warm. He is 6 ft and 230 lbs, and the XL (regular length) fit him perfectly.

I work outdoors and have had to buy a new jacket every year. This right out of the box is a better quality, the sizes to me run big. I'm 6' tall and about 180 lbs and had to return the large for a medium. For the price you can not bet it.

product is decribed as thermal lined, and it is not. is a very nice light jacket, but do not expect it to keep you warm this winter in michigan. decided to keep it anyway, but i still need to get something for "winter", michigan style.

These jackets are great for work or leisure if you're into the outdoors. They run kind of big so I'd suggest getting a size smaller than you usually wear or getting the size you usually wear and then shrinking it with a warm (not hot) cycle in the washking machine or dryer. Some Carhartt jackets can be washed on hot, but depending on the material, a cycle on hot could ruin or damage material Carhartt uses in the production of some of their other jackets. I usually wear a large and I ordered this jacket in a large, and while it didn't fit like an XL, it was a bit too large. I washed it in warm water and dried in the machine and now it fits great. Loose, but tight enough to not look baggy or feel uncomfortably big. These jackets last, and they're great for light weight weather resistence or layering. I'd recommend this jacket to anyone as long as they keep in mind the sizing specifications.

My son works in construction outside. He asked for this item specifically because of the "Thermal Lined" description.
The jacket was shipped on time and looks like what he wanted, but it was NOT thermal lined.
Amazon allowed the return and shipped a replacement (which is lined and warm) right away.

It's a nicely made jacket although it was a bit wrinkly because USPS put it in my mailbox (I assume because it was raining that day) I got it on time so no worries with shipping. The jacket itself is very comfortable and hardy. I can see myself wearing this for years to come (Although I will need a large next time since i'm in-between large and xl in these). These run half a size up btw and the arms are pretty long but it doesn't look like it was made for a giant. I advise you try one on at a store before ordering this online.
