I heard one track from this CD on our cable digital music channel for soft jazz. I ordered it a few weeks later. I love this CD. It has a good variety of songs, and all make for great listening. A nice album to kick back and just listen, or good background music. Very upbeat. Has a wonderful tropical feeling. It makes great listening in the winter months, as it makes it feel like summer in the islands!

I've loaded this CD onto my computer at home and laptop at work, and listen to it at least once a week. Three cuts are especially great for that tropical summer atmosphere: You and the Island I Love, Night Bird and Island Getaway. I Remember Spain has that finger-snapping, body swaying groove that those who love Flamenco will enjoy. There's steel drum music, tropical bird trills, and tracks with ocean sounds which induce the feel of spending the day at a beach party with Margaritas. I love this album! I haven't found any others under Tom Hormel's name, but would welcome the info if there are. It's also provided in ecological packaging (non plastic) in support of the conservation of Earth's resources. The cause is good, and the music's addictive.
