Caribou's Sumatra decaf is a strong contender in a very small field -- extra-bold dark-roast decaf K-cups. Since being ordered by the doc to cut way back on caffeine, my husband has considered this coffee a lifesaver. If you like Emeril's or Green Mountain's Dark Magic, you need to put this one on your shopping list.

However, I must say... nearly forty bux for two boxes? Are you kidding me? I'm an Amazon Prime customer and nearly all our coffee comes from Amazon, but this is highway robbery. Twenty-four bux is what I pay for two boxes from any of several fine K-cup mail order sites, which I won't name here but which can easily be found using your favorite search engine.

Shame on third-party sellers who jack up prices like this!

I really like the African coffees because they are known to be smooth and less acidic. This one is no exception. Great taste and smooth finish. Why not 5 stars? Well, because I strive for perfection and it isn't as good as one bought at Starbucks (but close for home brewed using Keurig).

Love, love, love, love, love this coffee! This is Caribou's best blend by far! I have tried many of the the K-cup brands and varieties, but this is my favourite.
