I just tried the Sumatra in a sample 5-pack when I replenished my Caribou Blend coffee. This Sumatra is absolutely the perfect blend, and "Joyous" is absolute correct in her assessment. It is full bodied, and I was pleasantly surprised since I have tried a bunch of different K-cup coffees. Caribou is my favorite and Sumatra is on my "top" quality list. I am saving my last 2 cup until I can order more, price at [...] is $13.95 for a 24pack. If you regularly reorder you can become a Club member and get a discount on reorders over $50.

I give this 5 stars because it really is a great coffee, but holy cow, the price point here is ridiculous. Get the price down to close to the normal K-cup range and I will buy it a lot more.

I have always found that the pods can't match many cafe or coffehouse authenticity, until this coffee. I do wonder about the claim of tobacco flavor???? This coffee is heaven. I never felt jittery, but felt like I had a full bodied coffee... with complete satisfaction. I personally recommend this coffee. I do miss the open mic nights, and the poetry readings at the local coffee house, but the flavors of one of those nights are all wrapped into that little pod!

If you are a Sumatra coffee bean junkie like me, you lust after the rich, sweet, bold taste of coffee made from this bean. It is my favorite coffee by far, but the Caribou version here left me disappointed. We ordered 2x24 k-cups (two boxes), and I won't be re-ordering this version again soon. The Caribou Sumatra was noticeably weaker and less robust than what I've come to expect when drinking true Sumatra. The box doesn't say that this is a blended coffee, but that is sort of what it tasted like: a watered down version of real Sumatra earthy richness. I've also tried the Green Mountain Sumatran Reserve, which is far better than this, so I guess we'll being going back to that. Sorry, Caribou.
