With smooth as silk, lush and at the same time crisp arrangements by the always amazing Bebu Silvetti, this is a terrific CD. It has a great selection of songs, and Rocio is in top form.

It includes "Infiel", which was the theme from the entertaining telenovela "Mujeres Engañadas", but the song that makes this CD a winner for me is Jorsaci's "Porque Te Quiero". It's the kind of upbeat, irresistible melody that sticks with me so much I wake up humming it in the morning.

With the combination of Rocio's artistry and Bebu's magic, this CD is an example of excellence from start to finish. I bask in the finesse, intelligence, and mastery of it. It's superb music making. The booklet is lovely, with very easy to read lyrics and info (so appreciated by me) and two beautiful photos of this grand Española. Rocio, you're a class act.

I have admired Rocio Durcal since I was a child. However, Caricias is the first cd of hers that I have purchased. I had been unable to listen to her music for a number of years and Caricias was the cd which reintroduced me to Rocio's stunning voice. From start to finish, this cd takes you on an incredible emotional journey. Rocio speaks to your heart and shares the emotions she feels while singing each individual song. This cd is a must for anyone who appreciates beauty and who can relate to the summits and valleys which are experienced when one falls in love or is betrayed etc... since purchasing this cd, I have purchased several others.

I purchased this CD for my husband, who has a big crush on her. She's got an amazing voice, full of emotion. For the most part, these are old songs but she breathes new life into them.

Her rendition of "Infiel", the theme used for the Mexican soap opera "Mujeres Enganadas" is excellent.
