Considering that Dave Edmunds was involved in these projects, I expected a bit more. I also expected a bit more from the sound. As these are DTS music cuts, I actually hoped for a remix into 5.1 sound, but alas the sound is very 70s boxy stereo.
Hey, it's Carl Perkins, and I love him. But don't go making this your first Carl Perkins purchase. Get his Sun stuff, and even his Columbia stuff, before you venture this far afield. Also, his comeback concert Blue Suede Shoes is excellent, and features Edmunds as well as Harrison and Starr.
