I receive this bag in late June and just used it for the first time the other day. Within 3 hours, a strap broke. Now it is too late to return it and I am stuck with getting it repaired. I am never buying this brand or any handbag from Amazon. Their return policy needs to be better because sometimes you do not use things right away. Very disappointed.
