This Carlisle RCB-314 OptiClean blue plastic wash rack with three blue plastic extenders is suitable for washing, storing, and transporting coffee bowls and decanters, coffee and tea pots, pitchers, and other items of similar size. The extenders add height for storage and transportation. The rack and extenders are made of Carlisle Blue polypropylene for resistance to breakage and fatigue, chemicals, and heat. They have a double-wall construction for strength and to help protect contents from moving dish machine parts. The rack has a divider for holding items in place to help prevent items from knocking together, chipping, and breaking, and molded handles on all four sides for gripping. The extenders and rack snap together and apart to facilitate assembly and disassembly, and eliminate the need for tools, fasteners, and hardware. They have honeycomb sides with rounded edges to help distribute the load and provide handholds for gripping. A textured finish on the outside of the rack's solid lower walls and corners help resist slipping and scratching. The rack has a four-way track on the bottom to eliminate the need to rotate the rack when loading it into a dish machine.
This wash rack meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment. When assembled, the rack and extenders measure 19.75 x 19.75 x 8.72 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.)
