Great tire for my JD garden tractor.
T. Hole
Really heavy duty tires, much better than anything that can be found in the typical garden shop or even our local farm supply store.
Heavy Metal Freak
Great replacement tire with great traction.

After buying a new garden tractor it did not take long to discover the turf tires were ok on flat even ground but not any where else, i had ATV tires on my old mower and even they clogged up with mud and dirt and would slip to much, So i decided to go with the design that is used on regular tractors, the so called "lugs" or chevron pattern. They arrived very quickly had them installed and went out to test them where i was having problem with turf tires, they had no problem in making the climb and getting the job done, i would recommend these tires for any ztr or regular mover that has to cut on any terrain other then flat ground you will not have any regrets
with the performance of these tires over the regular turf or Atv tires.
Update:i found a video of tires in action on you tube search for- chevron tires on ztr
it will show tires on both types of mowers.

I put these on my 20+ year old Sears GT6000 Garden Tractor, replacing the original "Turf Tamers" that were on it. I use this tractor primarily to mow around the untamed areas of my property which includes brush, hills, muddy wooded areas, and some other rough spots. Having gone out for a test mow, I'm kicking myself for not putting these tires on years ago. They don't seem to tear up my "nice" grass around the house either, but if the ground is soft or wet they may leave some marks. I have no issues with traction any more, not even "one wheel peel" while turning on a hill. I also use this tractor to move some 1200 - 2000 pound trailers around my property (I put a 2" ball on the back of the tractor), and just for a test I pulled my big trailer up a small hill without any problems. My only concern now is IF I get my tractor stuck now, it's going to be stuck really good.

These tires are what makes my old mid 80's Craftsman gt18 a badass! I put the tires on with 110lb wheel weight on each side to plow and break ground for a potato patch as well as blow snow in the winter and they seem like a very hearty tire with awesome traction! The tire man even said as he was installing them that they were top rated tires. Best money I have spent for lawn and garden to date!

I replaced the worn out turf tires on my garden tractor with these lug tires. I could not be more happy with this purchase. No more slipping and sliding around. While the ride is not as smooth it is an acceptable trade off for the increased traction.

Great deal on the best garden tractor tire going. They will most likely last 20-30 years My lawn has some steep slopes, really steep and these are necessary in places. I've used them several times already and there are no noticeable marks in the lawn like some would expect. They will be necessary when I put the plow and tiller on this fall.

Installed on Husqvarna zero turn mower MZT-61. Not a lot of choices in this tire size for an ag or chevron tire. So because of this the price is right compared to the rip off prices from the local shops. These do the job perfectly for my terrain: Tennessee hills, rocks, and uneven ground. Tracks great and is a lot more stable and safe than before. I got into a bad sliding situation where there was not a lot of control. I parked my mower until these tires arrived. Also I did more damage with the stock turf tires because of slipping and sliding. This is the way to go if you're not cutting a putting green under perfectly dry conditions. No discernible footprint that would matter compared to the scuff, ruts, and torn up grass from the turf tires. Honestly I don't know why more zero turn manufacturers don't offer these styled tires. Some do but certainly not Husqvarna but this is a tire review.

I replaced the turf tires w/ chains on my JD 425 with these because i didn't want to mark up driveways when pushing snow. With these Ag tires, i was able to plow going up my steep driveway, something I could not do with chains. The only down side was trying to back up the driveway was almost impossible. I had an extra 250 lbs on the back but it really didnt seem to help much. Be advised if you get stuck going forward, you most likely wont be able to go backwards. The tires seem to be well made and should last a long time. I did notice on soft ground, you leave V dents in the ground, but i expected that. If I had it to do all over again, i would opt for some 23x12-12 for a wider foot print.
