Carlos Santana has done it again! He has presented a video spotlighting 3 guitarists who influenced his music: Bola Sete (Djalma de Andrade), Wes Montgomery, and Gabor Szabo. It is an amazing video, full of footage of each of these great guitarists performing. Buy this video.

This is a fabulous video of Carlos Santana talking about (and showing video of) several of his influences: Wes Montgomery, Szabo Gabor, and Bola Sete. It is well documented with clips of each of those masters playing. It includes the only known footage of Bola Sete in live concert.

I am the widow of Bola Sete, and am deeply grateful that Carlos took the time to put together this video. It is a tribute to him and to all of his influences.
