I have been using these over the last year. They seem to be very effective. I was able to raise my Vitamin D level from 7 to 36. All you need is a tiny drop. It is in a base of coconut oil, which is pretty much tasteless. I would highly recommend this product!

This is a perfect way to get Vitamin D for all of us stranded through long months with very little sunshine. The bottle dispenses oil drops perfectly, they are small and tasteless. You can put it on any food, as well as directly on your mouth, but I wouldn't drop it into water. It creates a small oil slick that is highly unappealing.
