5.0 out of 5 stars New Low Blood Sugar and You, January 6, 2001
By
Jeff (New Jersey) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Carlton fredericks' new low blood sugar and you (Paperback)
I read this book years ago when I was suffering from panic attacks. I must have went through a half dozen doctors before this one doctor recomended Frederick's book. I found all of my symptoms in this book and explained in simple words what was going on with my body. After following the diet in the book, my condition reversed itself. All my symptoms were gone. Thanks to this book I now live a normal life again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hypoglycemic help at your fingertips!!!, July 1, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Carlton fredericks' new low blood sugar and you (Paperback)
This book was not only a useful source of information, but it also was a great eye opener. It contains many stories of people who have been mis-diagnosed with other diseases and taking harsh treatment, when all they needed was a change of diet. As well, as making a connection between allergies and low blood sugar. Several diets to choose from are included in this book. As well as the eye opening list of symptoms. I hope this book helps many more people as it has helped me.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Book Second Time Around, April 9, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Carlton fredericks' new low blood sugar and you (Paperback)
I read the last edition of this book 17 years ago when I was first diagnosed with Low Blood Sugar. I was delighted to find it had been updated with new information. Especially interesting to me was the importance of Complex B vitamins in processing of carbohydrates and fats. This book also deals with the damage processing does to many of the foods we eat today, and brings to light what I've always thought "Natural Foods are less likely to cause distress than processed foods.
