I own the original set, and really love them. These new ones are just not up to par. This one is especially disappointing. The moves feel like they're right out of the mid-90s, and the only full run-through of the combination with music is filmed more like a music video...complete with SLOW-MO scenes, meaning there is NO WAY to follow along with it! A total waste. And not at all a workout! NOT EVEN A WARM-UP! I love Carmen, but I doubt I'll ever use this DVD again, unless i'm trying to prove to a friend that it really is THAT bad...
Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip" I really love it, and it gives you an AWESOME workout!

I own 2 of Carmen Elecra's aerobic workout videos, including Vegas Strip. In the Bedroom is a flop. There is no workout, and most of the time the camera man is zooming in on her face. Um, excuse me, but isnt the more important action happening below the waistline?
I love the Vegas Strip workout, you can actually feel where its working, and see how she is doing the moves. But dont waste your money on this one.

I originally started with the first 5 dvds in her series, basic, fit to strip, role play, lap dance & hip hop. This one is different than those, you should notice that they were also made during different time periods, the old ones in the '04 and the newer ones in '07. A lot has changed since then, Carmen changed from doing dance to yoga & pilates, so you can def. tell she is thinner in the new dvds, as well as going blonder. lol. Using the old ones was no problem after I had gotten used to them, I could basically mute the TV & know exactly what she was saying. So I grabbed this newer one. The old ones helped me look better, so why not give the new one a shot. OMG!! is all I can say. I finished this DVD beginning to end with an open mind, and it rocked my body. I was hurting for 3 days after! I guess after so many reviews over how easy her older dvds were and what a "joke" they were also, she kicked it up a notch! Of course it IS different in the beginning of the dvd, she is doing a voice-over instead of talking herself, but then the routine after the warm-up she goes back to traditional and no voice overs. Im serious, if you want to make ur body resent you for taking away its precious flabbiness, this is the DVD to do it. Cuz when it started I was normal, by the end I was hot & sweaty.

Gives you a great work out while having alot of fun!! My best friend and I ordered it and now we have work-out nites with friends. Its a great way to stay in shape and have a good time. At first i was worried becuz im not a very good dancer or have a whole lot of "rhythm"...but its obviously easy to watch...AND i didnt have much trouble picking it up either! Anyway i think everyone should order a copy and see for themselves! :)

Just wanted to give people a heads-up since I found this out a little late.

I bought this DVD along with the In the Bedroom DVD for $26 (free super saver shipping) from amazon because it was cheaper than buying from Carmen Electra's site (high shipping fees).

They came in the mail yesterday, but I had gone to Target for some other things and happened to notice that Target has an "exclusive" pack of the 2 DVDs together for only $19.99. So it would have been cheaper (and faster) to buy them both at Target.

Have not opened the DVDs yet to review them, but hopefully this helps some of you save a few bucks.

I own the entire Carmen Electra series and was excited to hear a new DVD was coming out. I pre-ordered it even. I think this is the worst out of the series, followed by her other new release, Vegas strip. It starts out with a warm up, that doesn't have her speaking during it. They put her voice in, and it makes the workout feel very impersonal. After the warm up they change it and she speaks while demonstrating the moves. I don't feel like the viewer learns anything new with these two releases, and is left challenge-less.

This is the DVD I have been waiting for of the entire series. It's sensual, seductive and truly sexy. The whole routine is designed to be done on and around the bed and this is where we need it the most. This is truly going to improve love lives everywhere. This is what we want to be taught by Carmen Electra.

I like this video, I feel really sexy doing it and put a mirror by the tv so I can watch myself. I dont feel to much of a work out but I love the new moves its taught me.

Another bachelorette party gift. She thought it was cute and funny but I haven't asked her about the workout. I kinda wish I would have bought it for myself.

This is a fun work out and helps you feel sassy. Gives you some ideas to try on the one you love. :)
