The instruction was decent and the moves were simple, yet fun. The workout does get your heart rate up, especially if you do it a few times.

The cons:

1. The instruction could have been a little more detailed for a couple of the moves. Just a sentence or two more would have given her directions more clarity.

2. This video is SHORT. It's only ONE basic routine, and for the second half of the video she only does it TWO times and is all, "Whew! I'm out of breath!" and then the camera cuts off. The editing was odd, and at the end it left me with a "that's IT?!" feeling.

3. Some of the moves were completely thoughtless. There is a part where you are literally running in place for 12 counts. I guess they needed something to get the heart rate up, but you would think they would have used another cool dance move. If I saw a professional dancer running in place for that long I'd be totally apalled.

4. Carmen Electra has a lot of personality, and none of it came across in this video. Her introduction was robotic and she was not very encouraging during the instruction.

I'm going to check out her other videoes. Hopefully they're a lot better! Good thing I buy them at Half Price Books.

This one was fun. Much more cardio like then some of the other ones. I felt this one in my legs though and it got my heart rate up.

The DVD is dull and the work outs are boring. It's not a very good work out. I never broke a sweat doing this work out.

The DVD has good basics, but wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I prefer the Hip Hop Hustle and PiYo with Chalene Johnson.

Purchase was perfect fast shipping etc. the only thing is that you are taught one routine and that's it?? I should have bought the set. Oh well.
