First off, get your self a good chair for this one! Sadly I realized that I had a small stool and an antique wooden desk chair and neither of those were really what I needed. not hard to learn but doing it on the full speed 3 time repeat segment will get your heart going. If you are like myself and are really not a dancer you will work your abs trying not to fall off of your chair onto your head. Like the rest of these, a good time with a good warm up. Please have a sense of humor though.

so yeah this is my least favorite in the group. the routines are very short and not challenging at all. If you have two left feet and what to become more comfortable with feeling sexy this dvd may help spice up your sex life. thats about all I have to say about this one.
