5.0 out of 5 stars Useful, July 6, 2005
This review is from: Carmichael Training Systems Cyclist's Diary (Spiral-bound)
At the request of my coach, I bought this diary to keep track of my training over the course of the year. It's really helpful to be able to look at my training from the past few months and compare my progress on various courses and tasks. As far as training logs go, this one seems to be ideally set up for the competitive or recreational cyclist.

4.0 out of 5 stars Structure is the Key, July 6, 2005
This review is from: Carmichael Training Systems Cyclist's Diary (Spiral-bound)
As we learned in The Ultimate Ride, structure is a big part of a training program. This book helped me to get organized and stay on track. I was also able to look back and see a progression of my workouts. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to get into shape, but has trouble staying on task.

This review is from: Carmichael Training Systems Cyclist's Diary (Spiral-bound)
Great information. Training reflects those I used in a marathon training program that was sucessful. If you want a personalized program though, you will have to purchase it. Price for that training seems reasonable and there is an offer of free initial consultation with Carmichael Training Systems. All in all, this book is very useful.
