I'm going to have to go ahead and follow behind norfeest about this release. It is a mediocre release from a mediocre emcee. Chaundon isn't horrible but he is not a guy that can handle a complete release on his own. To get him as a guest appearance on an album is kool, but he just doesn't work for me on a complete release. The production on this album is dope!!!! That is the only thing that is preventing me from rating this album as a 1 star album. The beats are solid from the beginning to the end. At least he knows how to pick a beat better than put a rhyme together. Anyway, if you can locate an instrumental to this cop it. It will be well worth it.

I'll admit that I'm usually pretty excited by anything that comes out from the Justus League guys, and I have seen where certain members can't hold up for a whole album (Project Mayhem anyone???). BUT I think that Chaundon makes up where others may have missed by seeing that by having good guest spots and fantastic prouduction it can make an album that much better.

I've probably given this 5 or 6 full spins now, and I can agree with the previous reviewers that he's not the greatest MC but he makes a good effort and really sounds like he's actually into all the songs. I do think that I could put this album down and come back to it and really enjoy it again later on. People should definitely take a listen to the samples before they make the purchase because it may not be for everyone, however I think most will be pleasantly surprised by how many head nods they get out of it.

I have sat and pondered on what I want to say in this review about this Chaundon CD. I can say this, first and foremost, he is on of the dopest MC's that I've heard in a very long time. His style is original and refreshing. No autotuned singing over wack sythesized beats. No Ne-Yo. No T-Wayne. No Chis Brown. This disk killed the monotney for me. I tried to get this opus from itunes to no avail. But amazon never disappoints. Chaundon, Skyzoo, Blu, Theory Hazit, Stephen the Levite, Elzhi, Phonte, Jean Grae, Wale, Shorty Raw, Buff 1, keeep the list going because these artist always impress. ~1~
