very good portable product
great product, easy to use as well as to carry, reliable. The counterfeit feature could be improved.... a very affordable price, though, makes it very attractive... no other decent product that comes with warranty is available at this price.

Fair for the price
PROS: The machine counts really fast. You have to read the manual. At first I got miscounts but then I read the manual and it shows how to place the bills in the machine. Once you get accustomed to that it is accurate. I even tried it with brand new bills which I often see even banks have problems with. CONS: The casing in the ad looked as if it was metal but...

PROS: The machine counts really fast. You have to read the manual. At first I got miscounts but then I read the manual and it shows how to place the bills in the machine. Once you get accustomed to that it is accurate. I even tried it with brand new bills which I often see even banks have problems with.
CONS: The casing in the ad looked as if it was metal but it is plastic and kind of frail and cheap looking. I had to tighten the screws to keep the side covers from falling off. Comes with spares so I am a little concerned for the durability. It is very light compared to others I have seen. In summary, I would say it is a good machine for occasional office use, but would go for a better one if to be used constant money counting.

The side right panel had already fallen off when I opened the packaging. The counter is not metal and not fit to use in multiple locations.

Disappointment,

The machine arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there ends the good part. It did not work as promoted. Shorted the counts each time. Never twice the same. You'd put a stack in, and it would say 48, then re-insert it and it would say 46. Opted to return it. Contacted the seller/manufacturer to process the return. Promised by Company no restocking fee would be charged if returned or an upgrade to another model was offered. I returned the merchandise more than 2 wks ago via UPS. To date, no refund and no new machine. No response to follow up emails sent to Company. Is this another rip off? I'd like to know.
Overall, disappointing. Did not perform as promised, nor has the Company kept its promises either.

this is a great little machine. Nothing sophisticated, but easily transportable at just over 6 pounds out of the box. Counts great.
