5.0 out of 5 stars anthology of prior songs, January 30, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Carnets De Scene (Audio CD)
I think Patricia Kaas is the best French female singer around at this time. Whether you want this anthology is another issue. The songs are from past albums, which are often better on their own. Personally, I would find it easy to buy Tour de Charme and Scenes de ma Vie as this, and more useful.

4.0 out of 5 stars Carnets de Scène, April 25, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Carnets De Scene (Tw) (Audio CD)
Patricia Kaas is a great female French vocalist and her "Carnets de Scène" is a very diverse selection: from the catchy "Mon Mec à Moi" to the lovely "D'Allemagne" or the jazzy "Un Dernier Blues." One some of her other CDs I tend to skip around and only listen to certain tracks, but this one is great--I listen to it from begining to end. For people interested in French music, she is a perfect place to start.

5.0 out of 5 stars She is unique!, December 10, 1999
This review is from: Carnets De Scene (Audio CD)
Patricia has a voice that makes people to be out of orbit. Her songs are very sensual. I did not know another contemporanea singer with as much professional value like this glorious french woman.
