Brilliantly themed release takes you into the heart of all that is BETTY; girl power, yearning, dreams and pill popping. Who else has the ability to pull off French rap, jungle rhythms, humor, spoken word and balls to the wall rock with such aplomb? BETTY, natch. If you already know and love BETTY you'll be thrilled. If you're a BETTY virgin, prepare for a long heavy romance... See them live if you get a chance!

I saw the fabulous band in concert about a year ago in New York and was quite impressed. They convey such soul and depth yet are wild and outrageous. It comes through in their music and I believe Carnival is a testiment to their extraordinary style. They are refreshing and powerful. Good music! Hope to see more!

This new compilation brings together the best attributes of BETTY--intellectualism and artistry--combined with a unique BETTY sound.

I just purchased the CD and feel refreshed that there are muscicians who are inspired by a muse that defies the status quo of most cookie cutter commercial music.

Hooray for BETTY for carving out their own voice and sound!

I cannot tell you how happy I was to see that BETTY was releasing another cd so soon after "betty3." I was in heaven when I finally got to word, rock and roll, eerie atmospheric fun house tunes, humor, gravity...you name it, it's there. Now, if only I could get them down here to New Orleans to perform!
