I already own the Beginner DVD/CD combo. This advanced version is unlike the first DVD. This Advanced version of Facercise really helps with the problem areas of the face. The one exercise I was particulary interested in is the Lower Face Strengthener to further tone my jaw line. This is an area I needed some extra help with, and the addition of this particular exercise really helped! Also included in the Advanced DVD is an exercise to turn the corners of your mouth up. I was so impressed with this exercise and how quickly it worked! You'd be surprised how having a mouth with turned up corners really creates quite a youthful look. By contrast, downward turned mouth corners can really age you. Overall, I'd really recommend this DVD to anyone seeking improvement in specific areas of the face. Also, seeing them performed makes it much easier to replicate the exercises than just reading directions in the book. Thumbs up!!

There aren't any really new moves on this DVD as I was hoping. Carol simply builds and explains in more detail how to refine the exercises from the first DVD. Still, I think this is a good one to get once you have mastered the basics of Facercise.

I have NEVER written a negative review on something before, but there is always a first time. This is a total waste of money. The DVD presentation lasts 11 minutes, with 4 extra minutes of product infomercial sales. The quality of the DVD is poorer than the DVD my daughter just produced for a school project, and she did the whole production in less than an hour! Within seconds of watching the DVD it was clear that the presenter had had botox Save your money! - note how her forehead never moves.
