3.0 out of 5 stars Carole Maggio Ultimate Facercise DVD February 1, 2011
By PJ

I've done her facercise for years and I know it works. Bought this one as a refresher and to see what was new. Some of the exercise demonstrations were weird and looked like a big waste of time. Go to the 8 minute workout and save yourself some time. These exercises do work. Disregard the "energy field" malarchy and focus on exercising the muscles. Give yourself two weeks. You'll see the difference.

2.0 out of 5 stars not worth the money August 15, 2011
By Mindy
I will start by saying I believe in the Facercise program, I just do not believe the ultimate facercise CD/DVD is worth the money. I believe the description of this package is miss leading. I have been using the facercise book and exercises for over a year. I now have a long commute and wanted to add the auto CD to my library so I could work on this in the car. The description of this product says that the 8 minute super set is perfect for the auto. You can only follow this if you are the passenger because you still need 2 hands, are instructed to lift your eyes, lift your head, turn your head, etc.

Looking at the image with the 3 CDs you think you are going to get much more. Actually, the CD labeled "demonstrations" is simply the audio trac from the DVD. There are no demonstrations, no video on that CD, sound only. The CD labeled "8 min Superset" is simply the audio trac from that portion of the DVD. In other words, they have simply taken the audio portion of the DVD and made 2 separate CDs. Big deal, not worth the money. and again, definitely not for using in the car unless you are the passenger.

My opinion, just buy the book and save money

5.0 out of 5 stars Carole Maggio Facercise DVD February 19, 2011
My dentist told me about Facercise to relieve my TMJ. After doing the exercises for a month, I was PAIN FREE! I am now working on enlarging my lips by doing the lip exercises. I saw Sharon Martin's video clip saying her lips were "entering the room before she was" after doing the Facercise lip exercises, and I want full, sexy lips as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow. Incredible. March 15, 2012

There is no way that you won't see an improvement with these exercises. They are HARD and you can feel the burn. This is like weight lifting for your face. I could not even hold most of the exercises to the end (before the count was up for each one). Now that I'm done with my first session, I feel like my face has just left the gym. Basically, if you weight lift any part of your body, you are going to build muscle tissue and firm and tone the area. I will write again in a couple of months to update on any noted changes in my physical features, but this is an intense exercise program and I do not see how it would be possible for someone's muscles to not respond to this regimen over time.

June 20, 2012 Update: Used it. Works. Just like weight lifting. Definition is there :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Good facial exercise program March 8, 2012
By "Megan"
I own at least 4 other facial exercise programs and have dabbled in all of them at various times in the past 15 years (I am 47). However Carol's is by far the easiest to work into your life as a "routine". It's only 8 minutes- or less if I focus, and once I got used to the positions and began to feel what it is I SHOULD be feeling (this takes a while) I was amazed at how much I liked it. I do the exercises throughout the day while I drive or have a spare moment somewhere- I have been doing them religiously for 90 days and have seen really excellent results. By this, I specifically mean - my droopy eyes have opened, tightened and lifted. Really. My cheeks have filled out from building muscle, my lips are fuller and the whole lower face area is altogether less "jowly". My forehead is smoother and more lifted. This is not rocket science. My face did not look a whole lot better for about 3 weeks. In fact it looked worse. It was very hard to notice any results for about a month because my facial muscles were TEENY WEENY, underexercised and were slow to respond. I was sort of shocked at how "out of shape" my face felt. But really, this is true for nearly any part of your body that you want to improve. Try getting an amazing body in 8 minutes a day with holding a muscle for 30 seconds, guess what!? It's going to take a bit! So anyone who is disappointed with this program may not be giving it its due time to work.
Other programs are MUCH more complicated and time consuming and I have found that I start up with great gusto, don't see great results and can't find the 30 minutes a day anywhere to do the exercises. Then I give up.

5.0 out of 5 stars How to Fight Aging February 3, 2011
By Diane
I'm a newcomer to the Ultimate Facercise (8 months) and have already noticed amazing changes. For everyone that dreads surgery or botox, this is the answer. My husband, who was sceptical, now admires the improvements. It was recommended by a friend who is over 60 and looks fabulous. I'm so glad she did.

5.0 out of 5 stars DVD is amazing because this program works!! August 23, 2011
By Brit
I had read the book and I bought the DVD to use as a visual tool to get a much broader understanding of the exercises to ensure I was doing them perfectly for the best results. The investment is so minimal when you consider how much better you look and feel in such a short amount of time, it really is incredible!!!! I have had so many comments from people not believing how old I am since I started this exercise program, it's really the best feeling ever. I have found that I am going to the gym more, eating better, etc. due in large part to the fact that I see how much better I look and it's really changed my entire self image, and the image others have of me!!!! I give this 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!

Excellent system. My face looks 20 year younger. I don't understand Carol's look, but maybe that is what people are like in Southern California. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars So easy and it works!
To me it makes perfect sense to exercise the muscles in your face like all the other body muscles. This works! The fee for it is nothing compared to what you get!!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Did I really spend $50 on this?
Honestly, I'm kind of humiliated that I bought this. I have tried it, though admittedly probably not long enough to see results (less than a week). Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed
Don't waste your money on this. THe book is much better. I was disappointed with the content of the CD's. I do not want to hear someone talk and talk about other things.

2.0 out of 5 stars the price is too high - not worth it
I regret buying this set from CM. The set of exercises is limited. I expected to have much more for this money. CD cannot be used in the car because you need 2 hands.
