I purchased one of these a month or so ago and liked it so bought another. Was looking for a small scale plain white stool and it met my needs. The first one came with instructions that were not very helpful, I called the company, they were very nice, answered my questions and I was able to put it together but need to drill some holes in the seat - there were no holes pre-drilled.
Second stool came with no instructions and this one had seat configuration that was different than the first. While I was trying to put it together one of the pegs broke off. I called the company and asked them to send replacement parts (one side section and one cross bar). Man was very accommodating but it's been over a week and haven't received the parts yet. Hopefully they will arrive soon. Overall, I don't think the quality is that great. |
