After opening a second office in Asheville, N.C., our firm entered new frontiers both artistically and geographically. Eighty new plans highlighting some of the new traditional homes we have designed in recent years are in this collection. Some have been re-imagined from Book I; others are completely new. More importantly, all of these plans reflect our traditional style and dedication to preserving the balance between nature and architecture.
Think of this book as a design platform -- a primer to introduce you to the architecture of the Lowcountry and its many unique features. We encourage you to participate in the design process of your home and to suggest modifications to these plans that will better suit your lifestyle.
