Dear Seller,

At this point, it's clear to me that you are 1) not going to ship my shoes in a timely manner 2) not going to ensure that I will receive my shoes by the date promised, and 3) not going to communicate with me concerning the status of my order. I would like to remind you that I have already PAID for this product, so this amounts to theft. Further, the item I purchased from you - steel toed work boots - are required for my work. Without this special order work attire, I am unable to enter the job site where I am employed, and I am most definitely not allowed to work on site. Given that I allowed 2-1/2 weeks to receive this order, and you have not even made efforts to ship or communicate the status of this order, I will now look into legal action to take against you, as your neglect affects my livelihood.

For the time being, I will contact Amazon.com and recommend that they drop you as a supplier. After reading the comparatively high number of negative reviews of your service, I am now aware that a multitude of your former customers share my sentiment. Next, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Third, I will write a negative review of your service EVERY DAY - as many times per day as I can manage - until I receive a FULL REFUND for my CANCELLED ORDER, so that your potential customers will become aware of your timeliness in resolving this issue. Finally, if you do not refund this purchase within the next 3 days, I will be in touch with my bank to dispute charges.

I was very excited to try your services. After your abysmal service, I am now nothing but pissed off. I will never buy from you again, and the 200 other people I work with - all of whom require good work boots - will be warned against your shady business practices.

Potential customers: this is Day 1 - let's see if this seller is motivated by poor publicity, if nothing else, to make good with a refund. Beware: this could be your shopping experience!

I ordered a pair of these after discovering that women's safety-toe loggers are pretty hard to find locally. I use these when working on our rural property - in the garden, cutting firewood, digging, etc. They're not a fashionable item, that's for sure, but for what they are, they look pretty good on my huge feet.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no trouble with the seller (Shoeline) and received my boots in about a week. They are true to both size and width, so I won't have to return them for another size. They are reasonably comfortable, but I am still breaking them in. I have noticed that the heel is taller than other loggers I have worn, and this puts my feet in a sloping position. Not sure I like it, but I don't hate it, either.

These boots are well-made, as you can see from the photos, and I think they will last me many years.
