This unusual music led me to a calming, spiritual place where it was easy to meditate deeply. Caroline Myss' written guidance blends beautifully with the haunting sounds of Stevin McNamara.

I recommend this CD highly to those who already meditate and to those thinking about the benefits of meditation.

I first heard this CD at my mother's when I laid down to get rid of a Sunday afternoon headache. The imagery it evoked while I listened was nothing short of spectacular. I floated along on the sounds as if they were clouds. The rest I receive was recuperative and fulfilling. And, yes, I got rid of the headache, too. Needless to say, I hopped online as soon as I got home and ordered a copy for myself!

I like this product - relaxing tones that i enjoy listening to. I don't like a driven 'pace' with meditation, so i don't use it for that (has drum beat), but i find it very enjoyable to listen to - more so than most of the relaxation CD's i have (and also first thing in the morning - can listen to it without it filling my thoughts with lyrics or tunes).

Meditation descriptions described in the pamplet i believe are worthwhile.

This music really supports a meditative state. Very useful for personal practice and for private practice (massage, etc).

I want more music by Stevin McNamara. I'm a Reiki master and this is my favorite CD to use. Almost invariably, my clients go into a deep place when this music accompanies their treatment. After their session, I always hear "An amazing journey", "I really do feel like I went on a trip", and other similar statements. This is what I like to hear because I feel the Reiki works best when people are in a deep state of relaxation. I hope I can find something equally good as I like variety, but so far this is the best. Highly recommended.

Although I enjoy the music, I feel mislead. I recently purchased Caroline Myss' The Energetics of Healing in which it previewed this cd, Caroline Myss' Chakra Meditation Music. Caroline Myss herself was speaking and leading the meditation in this preview which I thoroughly enjoyed. This cd does not have her speaking a single word in any of the tracks.

I ordered this CD after watching Carolyn's Energetics of Healing DVD. At the end of the DVD, Carolyn did a lovely guided meditation while a picture of the CD was on the screen. I thought the guided meditation would be on the CD with the music in the background. Instead, it's the music and Carolyn's meditations for morning and evening are in written form. The music is great for meditating and starting and ending your day. Not to take anything away from the music; I just thought there would be a guided meditation on the CD as well.

Too much talk keeps me in my head. The ambient music is pleasant enough but does nothing to shift me energetically. In my opinion, this is NOT true chakra healing music.

A highly recommended alternative is "CRYSTAL VOICES" - it has a guided chakra meditation with a soothing, clear voice (not too much of it) and the healing vibrations of chakra tuned crystal singing bowls in the background that help you shift into alpha state, that place of deep relaxation and healing. You will FEEL the energy moving in your chakras with Crystal VOices. The best 20 minute chakra tune-up that I know of! I use it with all my clients and for group meditations.

What an exceptional way to wake each morning. I am sworn off the radio, especially the news, now that my chakras are musically toned each morning and evening.
