Really lovely CD, with a European Christmas feel, December 2, 2008

I borrowed this from a local library, and was so struck by it I immediately ordered a copy of my own. The performances are first rate, and the selection of traditional European tunes, both continental and British, gives it a very Old World Christmas feel. A particular highlight is the singing of "O Little Town of Bethlehem" to Vaughan Williams' "Forest Green" adaptation -- the British traditional tune for that carol that is rarely heard in the States (and is much prettier in this American writer's unbiased opinion :))

I just can not say enough good things about this choir. This CD is great and the songs are wonderful. There are so many songs on this CD you can listen for hours. The choir is so professional and well put together. The quality of the CD is great and is DDD. I would highly recommended this CD to any one who loves Choirs and Christmas Music.
