I read this book and like many other self help books, assumed that it would be similar. BUT....this book seemed to hit home with its simple to follow format and easy formula to follow. I have kept a copy of this book close by in my office to refer to down the "road". Hopefully this author will pen another book in the near future!

Mr. Lunn provides an inspirational insight into how to deal with the changes we all face and experience each day of our lives. Mr. Lunn provides a practical way to deal with these changes. It is said that life is what we make out of it. Mr. Lunn's thoughts reinforce that in a clear and concise way.
