This vacuum has amazing suction. We were not happy with the last vacuum we had, and specifically bought this one because of its reputation for working so well on carpets. We're not disappointed and have recommended it to many people since its purchase.

This is the Best Vac , ever. It really does the job. When I lost my job and stayed home with the kids - I told my wife you better get me good tools if i am to take care of the house. So she got this vac as my birthday present. At first I was a bit depressed, Alexander The Great took over the world when he was 31 years old. I thought I was loosing my cojones getting a vac for my 31 b-day. But lemme tell ya - This Vac works like a war horse.

p.s. Now 10 month later I am back to work, - but I still vacuum :) and vac still performs 100%

When my boyfriend and I began our search for a new vacuum, we got recommendations from friends, co-workers and employees at various stores. Our most reliable recommendation, however, came from a hole-in-the-wall vacuum repair shop near our home. His advice was since all of the bagless vacuums on the market are very poor, and we should try this particular vacuum with a bag. I'm so happy we heeded his advice and purchased this model through Amazon. It retails for around $250, and we got it here for less than half price and free super saver shipping. Love love love it, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacuum with great suction and relatively no dust output into the air.

I've owned this vacuum for less than a year. Sure it's got great suction, attachments, and a reliable engine. But all that is useless if you cant use it because of the hardware. The reclining device is VERY difficult to use since there is no lever just a simple piece of plastic keeping it upright, and broke within 3 months so it stays reclined, it's not a good vacuum to use on bare floors since it spits it back out in the back, the self propulsion is TOO propelled and may cause bashing into furniture with possible damage (I.E. my wooden bed frame now has chunks out of it), the attachment tube doesn't like to stay in place while vacuuming, and last but definitely not least, the handle snapped in two on me. The body is made of a cheap plastic that's not very durable for every day use by a woman, even less a strong man. Waste of money if it breaks within a year in my opinion.

I did a fair amount of research before buying this brand. I don't think I did quite enough. It is just a vacuum. it is no better or worse than a half dozen others I have had. It does not appear to be the quality product I was hoping for.

I have only had it about 90 days, so we will see if it holds together. I have my doubts.

This product was recommended by a vaccuum repairman. Due to the low price I was hesitant to purchase. We have an older kirby and were looking for a back-up. This product far exceeds any expectation we had.Light weight yet powerful.Will have to see how it holds up.
