This is the most well designed product I have ever purchased. The smartnozzle allows you to shut the water on and off as needed without having to go the main hose shut off valve. The brush took off all the dirt on the siding without using any cleaner. The side bristles worked well for getting into the corners and underneath the siding. I'm buying smaller brushes to use with the smartnozzle to clean patio furniture, the steps etc. I am recommending this product to everyone I know.

This item is well made of high quality plastic and an excellent quality brush with many bristles. Water sprays out on the brush and the flow of water can be adjusted via a flow control on the handle. The metal pole telescopes and there is a ball grip on the pole to make it easier to hold on to. You will get a real workout using this. I used it to clean my garage door and the gutters of my house as well as my vinyl siding, which were discolored with tree sap - it did an excellent job getting the job done. I would give it 5 stars, but there is a connector on the end that is exceedingly hard to disconnect and reconnect. I think the purpose of this connector is that you screw it on to the hose first and then connect the heavier brush & pole assembly, without having to try to screw the whole apparatus on the end of the hose at once. However I would recommend not disconnecting the connector from the main assembly, you will be frustrated trying to get it to reattach. Otherwise I am very pleased with this product. It is built in a rugged manner and looks like it will have many years of useful life.

I had a flimsy cob web 'cone shaped' broom. I broke it. The handle was not designed to take much pressure. This item I purchased to replace the functionality of the cob web broom worked very well. This is a very sturdy, industrial strength tool. I did like the 'cone shape' of the weaker tool, but they all have wimpy handles. I would recommend this as a sturdy, efficient tool to knock down spider webs in eaves.

A great head design is compromised by a telescoping handle that won't stay locked in place.

Many reviews for other long-handled brushes seem to be people using them for washing the tops of their SUVs and minivans, while I needed to scrub mold off my siding. I picked this brush for its length and positive reviews from people using it for other than car-washing.

It has a great head for my purposes. The brushy part is much larger than what it attaches to, making for good coverage, but easily fitting into a bucket. Flexible-but-firm bristles on all sides get under edges and into crevices. The bristles are tightly packed enough that I can dip the brush into a solution and have the brush hold the liquid like a sponge might.

On the negative, like almost every telescoping handle I've used, the pieces will twist around and loosen during use (especially any lateral use, up-and-down seems to work better). It's a bit of fiddling to get the pieces to lock into place. Considering the description (siding and eaves), the helper-handle isn't very useful, but it would be useful for straight in front of you, like washing a car.

I did not try the brush as a hose attachment, since I was dipping it into a bleach solution to better remove the mold.

Recommended with caveats.

Works well and very sturdy. Only drawback is extension is not long enough. Need a ladder to reach higher spots, but overall I am very happy with this item. Would recommend to all.

I got this to clean the cobwebs and other junk that attached itself to the outside of our sunroom. Under the eaves was especially nasty. This brush made it very easy to reach all the otherwise hard to get to spots and scrubbed everything away pretty easily. When I dipped the brush into a bucket of water with Mr. Clean I was able to give the windows a good wash as well. The only reason I'm not giving five starts is that even with the attachments closed as tightly as possible there was still a little leakage at the seams. I give this a strong recommend. My wife called it a 'toy' but it did the job I bought it for so I am a happy camper.

I recently ordered the Carrand 97210 Siding and Eaves Brush. There are some things that I like about the brush, one being that the water shut off valve really stops the water from going to the brush head. The brush head is soft and works well on log siding as far as cleaning it. The length of the handle is good, although the places where you extend it (pole extension joints) leak somewhat when the water is going to the brush head. I would rate this brush as OK. The brush as with everything I get from Amazon came quickly.
