I like the watch - it is heavy, yet it feels good on your wrist. While it worked, the only problem I had with it was how quickly it would stop after not wearing it - about 24 hours.

For the big problem, Amazon claims that there is a "manufacturer's warranty". My watch stopped working after 11 months but when I contacted teh manufacturer, they said that they do not honor any warranty when the item is purchased from Amazon! Next, I called Amazon back and told them that their website had misleading information, yet they just told me they couldn't help. Better yet, I asked to speak to the person's supervisor. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, the same operater got back on the line claiming to be a supervisor!!! (she had a very distinct accent and I'm absolutely sure it was the same person). Again, I got the same answer; can't help you. It's really sad to see such a great company like Amazon turn into just another bad retailer who doesn't care about their customers. I'd give the watch 2 stars but Amazon gets zero stars. I ended up cancelling my Amazon Prime subscription which they so generously renewed for me (ah, for $79 that is).
