Wonderful reference book covering every aircraft and aircraft carrier in use with Navies around the world since 1950 up until about 2001. For every country there is an introduction, a listing of carrier aircraft used and a brief history of every carrier used.

Especially the pic's from the 50's and 60's US Navy Jets are my favourite.

This is a brief well illustrated history of carrier aviation in the post World War II era. It is necessarily brief in its coverage. In that since its sins are sins of omission. The format is easy to follow and the sections on each navy are brief, but adequate. This is a nice picture book with minimal background information, but well worth the price.
