This is a beautiful whimsical product. I purchased one for both my son and daughter at Christmas time. When the first one came I loved it, the second was not there so I wrote Amazon promptly. A week later I wrote Amazon again expecting the note to go to the vendor. Another week went by and we were now late for Christmas... Continued to write often with no response from vendor Home and Garden Accents. Now it is April and I look in my stuff and a response from them tells me they are sorry but it has been more than 90 days...IS THAT AN ANSWER???This has been a problem for me, what would you do? Bought this as a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it! I saw these at a local store after buying it via Amazon and was very pleased with the quality of it - wish I had bought one for myself!
