Editorial Reviews

Jass fall's in love with Mahie but at a friends wedding, but she only wants to marry someone who doesn't have a family and is an orphan like herself because she doesn't want to d3eal with the nagging and interference of in laws after marriage, so to woo her Jass pretends he's and orphan and she falls in love with him, but when she tells her brother he forces them to marry right away or else he won't agree. So Jass marries Mahi without tell his dad Advocate Dhillon, his brother Goldy Dhillon or pabhi Dilijit Dhillon. Now after marriage Jass tells Mahi to find them a place to stay and she finds a sublease room in Jass's on home and so her begins the comedy of errors where Jass's best friend Honey and he cook up several plans to confuse Jass's family so he can live with his wife Mahi in their own home without them ever finding out. But in between all this Honey marry's his girlfriend Preet but because his dad Inspector Sikhander Tiwana won't agree he tricks her parents and makes them believe she's marrying Jass without Jass even knowing it. hence a madcap comedy of errors ensues and ultimately the outcome is a comically charged climax of marital mix ups. The film in the end is a total bedlam that the guys hind their wives and family from each other.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great punjabi family movie January 8, 2013
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
We are big movie fans however we rarely watch punjabi movies because they all suck but this was is HILARIOUS and fun to watch with your entire family. We got out neighbors together and did a movie/dinner night because this movie so fun to watch with crowd/large audience. This is my 4yr old son's favorite movies....songs are awesome as well. Definitely worth a watch. Never get tired of it. Great job everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun! Fun! Fun! March 22, 2013
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
It is so refreshing to see the humor in the Punjabi movies go past crude and demeaning. A movie that you'll be comfortable watching with your mum n dad, as well as kids.
I would put it in the same category as 'Jeeja ji' 'Ji aayan nu'.
Good, clean fun. I can once again feel good about Punjabi movies. This is just the beginning.
